Nuvio Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Nuvio Desk (the "Service").
Account data (name, email, company), billing information (handled by Stripe — we do not store credit card details), support tickets, knowledge base content, and other data you upload ("Customer Data").
Usage data (IP address, browser type, features used, timestamps), device information, and analytics to improve the Service.
We use information to: provide and improve the Service; process subscriptions via Stripe; communicate updates/support; analyze usage; ensure security/compliance; and fulfill legal obligations.
We share data with: Stripe (for billing — PCI DSS compliant); cloud infrastructure providers (SOC 2-ready with ISO/NIST-aligned controls); service providers (e.g., analytics, email); and as required by law. We do not sell personal information.
We maintain a robust security program, including SOC 2-ready controls across Security, Availability, Confidentiality, Processing Integrity, and Privacy criteria. We conduct regular security auditing and align with ISO and NIST standards. While we use reasonable measures, no system is 100% secure.
We retain Customer Data as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period for backups/legal requirements. You can request deletion (subject to legal exceptions).
Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR for EU, CCPA/CPRA for California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing. Contact us to exercise rights.
Data may be transferred to and processed in the US or other countries. We use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
